Places at SF19 are subject to qualification and availability. A maximum of two complimentary places will be awarded per company. Subsidised places are also available.
Provisional confirmation will be provided within 10 working days of your registration to allow time to process additional registrations from the same company; and final confirmation will be provided upon provision of travel details.
Complimentary places are available for up to two senior executives from current Exertis and Exertis Hammer customers, or from companies currently buying storage, server, networking, security and/or UC through distribution. All places are subject to availability at the time of registration.
All places are awarded on the basis of full event attendance on Thursday 4th July 2019. As such, please ensure travel arrangements facilitate this.
Paid-for delegate places will be invoiced once your registration has been fully confirmed.
Complimentary and paid-for places include accommodation (deluxe room) on Wednesday 3rd July and Thursday 4th July 2019. Paid-for place prices are set and no discounts will be provided for partial accommodation use. For all attendees, any extras you charge to your room are your responsibility, and as such you will be required to present a debit/credit card at check-in.
If you wish to extend your stay into the weekend, it is your responsibility to book/pay for this. Please do this before making your travel arrangements. If you wish to retain your deluxe room, extra nights can be booked directly through BCN.Reservas@Fairmont.com. Preferential weekend rates (€255+VAT single occupancy / €274+VAT double occupancy, both on a bed and breakfast basis) are available, subject to availability.
Travel arrangements (even where a travel credit is being made - see note below on travel credits) are your responsibility and need to be made during the 2 week provisional confirmation period. We ask that travel arrangements are booked as soon as you receive your provisional confirmation to ensure spaces are only allocated to people who are committed to attending. This event is always oversubscribed and we don't want people to miss out unnecessarily.
Travel credits will be made for attendees one and two from a company after the event, subject to the following conditions. Travel credits require proof of payment being submitted along with details of travel arrangements as part of the space confirmation process, plus full event attendance including over 90% conference attendance (it is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure they are scanned at the event as this information will be used to validate travel credit eligibility). If validated, a travel credit will then be made to a company’s account with Exertis or Exertis Hammer to reimburse travel costs - partially or in whole, up to a maximum of £200 (or other currency equivalent). No credits will be made if these conditions are not met.
All cancellations/substitutions must be requested in writing to SF@hammerplc.com, and upon receipt of this an acknowledgement will be issued by the organisers. (If you have not received this within 24 hours, please call +44 1256 868435 to ensure your cancellation/substitution request has been received.)
Substitutions (fulfilling the qualifying delegate criteria) are allowed at any time at no cost, but must be requested in writing to SF@hammerplc.com as per previous point.
Where a substitution is made, the travel credit (if applicable) will be reallocated to the replacement person, subject to them fulfilling the travel credit conditions.
Complimentary spaces - The organisers reserve the right to charge the named company a Standard Cancellation Fee of £395 for cancellation of a place where written notice has not been received more than 10 working days prior to the event date, or in the case of no-show, or partial event attendance.
Paid-for spaces - The organisers will refund the amount paid for cancellations received at least 10 working days prior to the event. After this time no refunds will be made.
In registering for this event your data will be used for the purposes of processing your registration, event communications and future business development. Your contact details will be added to our marketing database (if you wish to unsubscribe, please do this after the event so you do not miss important event communications).
If you aren’t receiving the event communications, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email whitelist. Your data will not be shared outside of Exertis Hammer and Exertis, other than to manage your event attendance eg. hotel, event app etc.
How we use your registration data:
- Processing your registration/attendance- within Exertis Hammer, Exertis and with technology provider (this may include sharing name/email with other registrants from the same company/group of companies)
- Event communications - with Exertis Hammer
- Managing your event preferences - within Exertis Hammer, Exertis and with hotel
- Future business development within Exertis Hammer and Exertis
Additional data comments:
- Download our event app and manage your event experience, whilst remaining in control of your profile or being anonymous
- Get scanned at exhibition stands for entry into our prize draws. Doing this provides consent to your name/company name being shared with the relevant exhibitor
- Get scanned at the conference sessions, exhibition and gala dinner to validate your complimentary/subsidised attendance, plus your travel credit (if applicable)
- Get scanned at the information points to receive relevant information from Exertis Hammer/Exertis
If you choose to share your contact details directly with exhibitors/attendees at the event this is your decision/responsibility.
Exertis Hammer is the event organiser and reserves the right to alter the programme without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances.
These conditions will not apply if the event is cancelled due to reasons outside of Exertis Hammer's control.
